Permissions, Use, & Approvals

The Permissions for The Theory of Existence: Currently, any for-profit use of any of my concepts, models, and math is restricted because all of my work uses the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial-Share-Alike 4.0 International License. Thus, in order to use these concepts, models, and math in any for-profit use, you need my permission. I can say that my answer is almost always certainly yes. I am not a gatekeeper. Finally, I am not screening academic work for correctness or supportive arguments of The Theory. If you find evidence or arguments against The Theory, I want you to discuss and publish your findings. I am simply screening for integrity.

Pre-Approved For-Profit Media Use

The following for-profit media do not require my permission: YouTube videos, podcasts, blogs, personal news letters, independent fashion, independent crafts, independent apparel, independent artwork, music and performance, individual news articles and segments, original independent-publishing, and social media posts.

Pre-Approved For-Profit Personnel

The following personnel do not require my permission for for-profit use: K–12 teachers, pre-school teachers, nonprofit learning or advocacy groups, and independent educators.

Pre-Approved Artificial Intelligence Training & Modification

You do not need my permission for all artificial intelligence training and modification purposes. Artificial intelligence products beyond basic training purposes need my permission.
